Synopsis: While they both serve time at the same prison, pro quarterback Paul Crewe (Sandler) and former college coach Nate Scarboro (Reynolds) are tasked with forming a team to play against the guards. What the guards don't know is, neither man is content to play by the rules they've been given.

The Buzz: Finally these two SNL alums team up for a comedy, with director Segal calling the shots on his third picture with Sandler. You know Rock has to be psyched for his move career; with this and Madagascar in the same year, he'll finally star in not just one hit, but two. In the world of remakes, if there's anyone who can hand over one of their best-known characters to another actor and steal scenes in his new role, it's Reynolds (who has, like, potentially six films coming out this year).

Theatrical Release: May 27th

Cast: Adam Sandler, Burt Reynolds, Chris Rock

<img...

I hadn't been sure what to expect as I hadn't heard that much about it, apart from it being about a girl thats pregnant in a very Christian school. I think it would and probably has pissed off some people that unfortunatly in ways the movie is aimed at, but the final message is that you can still have a belief in God and Jesus but that doesn't mean you have to exclude people that don't quite fit in the black and white vision of what the bible says etc etc there's more to it, but I'm not getting my words out right!

But if you're a fan of But I'm a Cheerleader then it's worth seeing.

*<a href="http://pub124.ezboard.com/btheflashlightbrigade"...

The film may take the basic premis of the original, and twist it into something completely different.

The first didn't twist it as much as they could have, but it really didn't click with me.

Now, for the second ... I was bored, so I took a chance, and I'm so glad that I did. I thought that it was utterly fantastic! It was everything that the first one wasn't. The characters seemed far more true to themselves. The adventure was more like one from the cartoons. And Shaggy & Scooby were perfect. (They were in fact my favorite part of the first one, but in this one they were even better.) Matthew Lillard nailed Shaggy at least as well as if not better than anyone I can think of could.
<img src=http://www.imgmag.org/images/nean/themes/5outof52.gif...

I saw the trailer for this and I thought it looked pretty good. It has a very good cast: Morgan Freeman, Owen Wilson, Charlie Sheen, Gary Sinise, etc... and the plot has something to do with con artists. I usually enjoy these types of movie, i.e. Matchstick Men and Confidence. I think that it's going to be a good movie, and it'll be a nice change from all the dramas that have come out recently!
